Our Member of the Month is Associate Member representative Joel Horvath of Parts Authority Inc. of Queens Village, NY. He is the Sales Manager and oversees the sales staff and building sales.

Parts Authority was founded in 1972 as Clearway Auto Parts in Queens Village NY. The company currently has 17 warehouses with locations in the New York Metropolitan area, Nassau and Suffolk counties as well as Maryland and Washington D.C. The Parts Authority prides itself on its professional problem solving staff.

Joel states they have a deep inventory and many OE brands make them a valuable resource that can help keep your fleets' down time to a minimum. They have names you know brands such as Delphi, Bosch, Denso, Truck Lite, Monroe, Bendix and many more. In addition to their full selection of Auto Parts, Truck Parts, and Transmission Parts, they also have a full machine shop, and can make those hard to find Hydraulic hoses.

Their Fleet division was awarded the Verizon service excellence award twice for their strong service and hall mark customer satisfaction. Joel asks for you to give them a try! For your convenience they have a private web site that you can use to order parts, check specs and view invoices and credits. This is a great tool for you to use.

Parts Authority has the full support of their suppliers and they can leverage those relationships to help clean up stock rooms of old merchandise. They can provide many parts usage reports that can help you manage your inventory.
